Our plan for less e-waste (joint position paper for the WEEE Directive)

In this plan to reduce e-waste through a stronger WEEE Directive, we, together with other NGOs, are calling for an EU-wide repairability score and a label indicating how long a device is expected to last, to make it easier for all consumers to choose and to encourage businesses to compete on repairability and lifespan. And at least as importantly: we must shift from recycling to reuse and prevention.
